- Which model does JavaAI use?
Answer: Both the Individual Basic and Individual Pro versions use our self-developed Java vertical model.
- How is the token usage calculated for the Individual Pro version?
Answer: Tokens are the fundamental units used by the model to represent natural language text. When calling the model service, the input content is tokenized into units the model can understand. After processing, the model outputs tokens, which are then converted into the text or other content you need. Generally, the conversion ratio between tokens and characters is approximately as follows:
- 1 English character ≈ 0.3 tokens
- 1 Chinese character ≈ 0.6 tokens The actual number of tokens processed each time is subject to the model's response.
- How can I check my Individual Pro version token usage/quota?
Answer: Log in to the official website and enter the console. Click on [Resource Package Management] in the left menu to view your available packages on the right.
- After subscribing to the Individual Pro version, can I freely switch between the Basic and Pro versions?
Answer: Yes, you can freely switch between them.
- If my Individual Pro version tokens are exhausted during project generation, will the generation be interrupted?
Answer: No, the code generation for your project will not be interrupted.
II. Purchase and After-Sales
- How do I subscribe to JavaAI?
Answer: Visit the official website at https://www.feisuan.com, click on the [Purchase Zone] page, and select the Individual Pro version to purchase.
- Are the tokens for the subscribed Pro version credited in real-time?
Answer: Yes, they are credited in real-time.
- How is the validity period of a subscription package calculated?
Packages are valid on a "calendar month" basis, starting from the date of successful purchase. Examples:
- Purchase 1 month on Jan 04 -> Expires on Feb 04 at 23:59
- Purchase 1 month on Jan 31 -> Expires on Feb 28 at 23:59 (end of a short month)
- Purchase 1 month on Feb 01 -> Expires on Mar 01 at 23:59
For multiple purchases or renewals before the current package expires, the validity period will be extended by N months from the current expiration date. Examples:
- Current active package expires on Feb 04
- Purchase 1 month on Jan 10 -> New expiration: Mar 05 at 23:59
- Purchase two 1-month packages on Jan 10 -> Generates one order with 2 months validity, expiring on Apr 05 at 23:59
- What payment methods are supported?
